Free Shipping in Canada for orders over $150, apply code OVER150 at checkout.
For orders under $150, Flat rate shipping $12 anywhere in Canada.
Exclusions apply to quilts and blankets which are larger / heavier than most of our other items. Shipping details on these items will be on the individual product's page.
Local Pick Up
All orders are available for local pick up. I'm located in Kitchener, ON so if you're local or willing to make the trip, just use the code PORCHPICKUP at checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is available for pick up with the instructions and directions to get your order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are to be paid in full prior to sewing and shipped within 3-4 weeks of the order being placed. Certain restrictions will apply.
Custom orders will be cancelled if not paid in full within 1 week of order being created, no bogarting fabrics!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As I am just a small enterprise, I will not be able to accept any returns or issue refunds based on
- Taste (I changed my mind)
- Size discrepancies
If the garment you receive is defective, I will fix it and send it back or replace it free of charge. If you would like to exchange sizes, that's okay too but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
To qualify for a full refund on defective merchandise, the garment must be returned within 3 weeks of receipt and be unwashed with tags still attached. Shipping costs on the return will be at the buyers expense and the cost is non refundable.
